Even though, enormous delay is there and so also sufficient cause has not been shown. Be that as it may, in the interest of litigant, we are compelled to restore the L.P.A. No. 676 of 2016 while recalling the order dated 28.07.2016. L.P.A. No. 676 of 2016 stands recalled.

2. Registry is hereby directed to re-list L.P.A. No. 676

Patna High Court MJC No.1322 of 2022(3) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 of 2016 before the concerned Roaster Bench at the earliest.
