Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but after the alleged occurrence some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others going towards the place of occurrence and thereafter, petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
