This is an application for bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 511 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. However, his name has been transpired during course of investigation and on the basis of his confession the dead body was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though it is alleged that on his confession the dead body was recovered but there is nothing in the confession that at his instance the dead body was recovered.

Having heard both sides and in view of confession of the petitioner and there is recovery of dead body, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U
