The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 181 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, 32 ltrs of country made wine was recovered from the premises of the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to obey the directions and conditions imposed. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in the custody since 16.05.2019,
