In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.368 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The report of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-IX, Gaya, reflects that the case is pending for recording the statement of accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
