ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 14.3.2014 by which the Ad hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, has refused to discharge the Petitioner in Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2013 arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 157 of 2004.
Having gone through the impugned order, I find that it was a good reason that such a prayer was disallowed. Hence, having no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial and send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sessions Trial No. 449 of 2013 arising out of Jandaha P.S. Case No. 157 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19441 of 2014 dt.03-02-2016 2/2 2004, to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
