Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 756 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 47 and 54 of the Bihar Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 139.68 liters of Indian made foreign liquor.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2016.

No.38382 of 2016 (4) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 756 of 2016.
