The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner who is married with elder sister of the victim girl and is father of two children forcefully kidnapped to the victim and married with her.

Since the victim was a minor girl, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019.
