It is submitted that petitioner has been taken back to duty on 15.03.2022. Thereafter, on the same day he was placed under suspension pending inquiry. Though there is delay in reinstating him despite the order that petitioner shall be taken back to duty forthwith, action of respondents are deprecated for the reasons that in most of the matters after personal appearance was ordered, then only the concerned officials are opening their eyes in implementing the orders.

Accordingly, contempt petition stands dropped. Copy of this order shall be communicated to the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar.
