20-05-2015 Sri Amit Kumar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Ravindra Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for private respondents, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under Section 48(E) of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. It has further been submitted that the Tribunal, constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, is already functioning. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transmitting the record of this case to the Tribunal. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner was not disputed by the learned counsel for private respondents.

Accordingly, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to
