Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2. This is an appeal preferred against composite judgment dated 16.04.2012 passed by

Patna High Court MA No.24 of 2013 (4) dt.12-03-2015 Motor Vehicles Claims Tribunal Cum 6th Additional District Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Claim Case No. 161/1996.

In view of dismissal on merit of three appeals vide judgment dated 21.07.2014, 18.09.2014 and 19.09.2014 passed by a Bench of this Court in M.A. No. 25/2013, M.A. No. 28/2013 and M.A. No. 29/2013.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and assure satisfaction of the Award within a month.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Statutory deposit be remitted to the Claim Tribunal below for further needful.
