The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Giriyak P.S.Case No.84/15 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier there was love affairs between the petitioner and the informant's son, namely, Sudhir Sharma, as a result of which he was called by the petitioner, Rina Devi on phone to her house where he was badly assaulted by the co-accused persons on account of which he sustained multiple injuries.
