02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 188 and 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act, 2016. It is contended that, as per allegation, 90 litres of country-made liquor has been recovered from the auto rickshaw which was being boarded by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32448 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
