2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's minor daughter did not return to her house since 02.12.2021 and as per the written report of the informant, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown.

4. Vide order dated 22.11.2024, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 06.12.2024 has been sent by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur, which is kept

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45996 of 2024(6) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 on record. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that in this case altogether 11 witnesses including the I.O., Doctor and informant have been cited in the charge-sheet and if both the parties co-operated in trial, the case is likely to be concluded within six months.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the report of the Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 322 of 2021.
