This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody for about four months and other accused having similar allegation has been granted bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the co-accused of this case has already been granted bail by this Court and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 03.09.2016, the application is allowed, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.179 of 2016.
