2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340 of the BNS and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one mobile phone, one motorcycle and one country made pistol along with two live cartridges from the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 1.12.2024.
5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class (East), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024, subject to the condition that the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Siwai Patti Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
