JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gobind Ganj P. S. Case No. 182 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner had killed his wife and thrown her dead body in an open ditch which fact finds corroboration from the autopsy report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/- U T
