2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bhagalpur Sadar Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(i)(a)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 18 (c)/27 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

3. As per prosecution, 360 bottles of cough syrup and 1200 banned tablets have recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner no. 1, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) and petitioner no. 2 be released on bail after completing 9 months in custody, each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bhagalpur Sadar Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023.
