The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No.1069/2014 corresponding to Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.77/2014 registered under Sections 394, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36545 of 2017 with a direction to conclude the trial within four months but the trial has not yet been concluded and on such a report was called for and the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna reported that the trial is pending for argument of the defence witness and judgment is likely to be delivered very shortly.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19217 of 2018 (3) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 judgment is likely to be delivered within one month, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
