2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. That this application is being filed on

Patna High Court MJC No.1717 of 2021(3) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors opposite parties and to punish them for noncompliance of the Hon'ble Cour'ts order dated 26.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.19859 of 2019 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay."

3. Learned State counsel has taken to this Court to show cause to show that the Director, Higher Education vide order / Memo No.915 dated 23.04.2022 has passed an order and as such directed the University to terminate the services of the petitioner.

4. In that background, since an order has been passed granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
