A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State taking a clear stand that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as necessary amount has already been sanctioned vide Annexures-A and B to the counter affidavit and salary of the petitioner has also been revised and fixed by the office of the Executive Engineer (Mechanical), Irrigation Mechanical Division, Dehri-On-Sone, Rohtas and difference of salary has also been calculated and paid to the petitioner vide Annexure-C. It has further stated in the counter affidavit that the Accountant General, Bihar has been requested vide Annexure-D to revise the pension and gratuity of the petitioner pursuant to grant of the benefits as stated in the counter affidavit.
