Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. Altogether, 19 bottles English wine are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner while aforesaid bottles were being carried on a motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.6.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Sherghatti P.S. Case no. 297/2016.
