JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Admittedly, the revised gratuity has already been paid to the petitioner, however, the grievance of the petitioner is that the revision of the gratuity was due in the year 2010 itself but that has been done in the year 2015 and, as such, the petitioner would be entitled for interest as per the circular of the State Government contained in memo no. P.C.-2-1-46/79/3155 dated 7.11.1981 @ 5% per annum.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no.3, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jehanabad along with a copy of this order for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12877 of 2014 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2 / 2 said purpose by filing a representation.

Let the respondent no.3 take a decision in accordance with law upon his representation within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This disposes of the writ petition.
