The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that from his possession two live cartridges was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2019. He further submits that the seizure list was not prepared as per the mandatory provision prescribed under Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
