Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Pinki Kumari died within four years of her marriage in her matrimonial house. She met with an unnatural death. The petitioners are father-in-law and cousin father-in-law. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioners are in custody since last nine and ten months respectively.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52770 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/successor Court in connection with Shyampur Bhatha Police Station Case No. 49 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 535 of 2015.
