2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the police submitted charge-sheet under Section 304, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the accused persons is of kidnapping the victim.

4. During investigation, it has come that the deceased died in an accident while working and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 304, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2023 and he has got no criminal

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.
