Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015, G.R. No. 756 of 2015, pending in the court of Shri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. They are named in the First Information Report, there is omnibus allegation against these petitioners, one Ranjeet Dharhi and four others also named in the First Information Report. Out of the seven accused persons named in the First

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40258 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 Information Report Accused No. 5 Ranjeet Dharhi has already been admitted such privilege by another coordinate Bench of this Court under order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28453 of 2015. It is submitted that there is nothing to distinguish the case of these petitioners with that of Ranjeet Dharhi.

This application is also disposed of exactly in the same terms, which is contained in order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28453 of 2015, said order be also made part of this order.
