2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.04.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13470 of 2025, by which the petitioner was directed to be released on anticipatory bail upon payment of Rs. 8,74,125/- in the form of a demand draft before the Mines and Minerals Department.
3. Counsel further submits that due to financial crisis, the petitioner could not arrange the money and is unable to pay
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45057 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 the said amount within the stipulated time. Counsel further submits that if an extension is granted for two months, the petitioner shall be in a position to fulfill the condition of payment before the Mines and Minerals Department.
4. Learned counsel for the Mines and Minerals Department submits that the extension may be granted.
5. In light of the submissions made above, a further period of two months is granted to fulfill the said condition regarding the payment.
Accordingly, the order dated 02.04.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13470 of 2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above and shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 02.04.2025 (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U T
