The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304 B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Earlier this Court vide order dated 5.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc No. 37496 of 2016 has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner and directed the trial court to conclude the trial within nine month from the date of order and if trail is not concluded petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Petitioner is Debar of the victim.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37826 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 case, let petitioner, Mithun Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the FTC Ist, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, S.T. No.128 of 2017.
