2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 Section 30(a), 41 ( i ) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . As per prosecution case , 5302.4 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from different vehicles and this petitioner is registered owner of one the vehicles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41073 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicles and this petitioner is registered owner of one of the seized vehicles.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of one of the seized vehicles, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
