There is allegation of recovery of 750 ml. of the Nepali liquor from the possessions of the petitioner. He is in custody since 23.8.2016 and there is no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts that only 750 ml. Nepali liquor was recovered form the possessions of the petitioner and he is in custody since 23.8.2016, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sikrahna at Dhaka in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Case No.73 of 2016.
