In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

In the present case, the police has recovered 4 liter Mahua wine from the house of the petitioner.

Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered as also the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
