The Petitioner seeks bail in Gaurichak P.S. Case No.200 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 386, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one Samsung Mobile and two duplicate receipts of DTO have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 04.09.2016.

It has been submitted that other co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In the circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.358 of 2017 (2) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.200 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
