Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38138 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 224 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have made obstruction in discharging the duties of the police officials.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioners have never obstructed the police officials. He further submits that petitioner no.1 of Cr. Misc. No.38138 of 2022 has one criminal antecedent, petitioner no.2 & 3 of Cr. Misc. No.38138 of 2022 and petitioner of Cr. Misc. No.41506 of 2022 have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners are rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) ajay/- U
