The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants entered in the house of informant and committed dacoity of LED TV, Redmi Mobile and gold chain. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. The stolen mobile was recovered was being used with another SIM by one Jitendra Kumar, who disclosed the name of petitioner and LED TV and gold chain were recovered from the house of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge VIII-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2020.
