JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from a vehicle in which petitioners and three others were found sitting. Petitioners are in jail custody since 02.09.2016 and they do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 201 of 2016.
