JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one co-accused are said to have attempted to commit rape on informant and also assaulted her. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is said that he assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. The injury report of the informant goes to show that she sustained simple injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was land dispute between the parties and informant brought this false case with exaggerated story.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
