The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 dated 18.08.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

He has not been named in the FIR and his prosecution in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. Nothing incriminating also has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforestated facts and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38022 of 2020(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
