The petitioner no. 5 being the husband of the victim and petitioner nos. 1 to 4 being the brother, parents and the nephew of petitioner no. 5 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37710 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/3 The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 20 years of marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim developed some relationship with one Munna Ram for which she was scolded by her husband when she committed suicide.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of petitioner no. 5 Jai Kishore Ram, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, this application on behalf of petitioner no. 5 is disposed of.

So far as petitioner nos. 1 to 4 are concerned, considering their relationship with victim and the marriage being performed 20 years prior to the death, let the above named petitioner nos.1 to 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection
