Petitioners seek bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections- 47A, 57 and 54 of the Excise Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is that illegal foreign and country made liquor without valid papers was recovered from their possession.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery, as alleged, has not been made from their conscious possession and they have got no concern with the alleged recovered wine. Petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances
