1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.28/2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.33839/2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 04.10.2024. It is next submitted that the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on the ground that a compromise has been entered in between petitioner and the informant.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42462 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 application of the petitioner and submits that the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is not compoundable.

5. The Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

6. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
