Chinta Devi, widow of deceased petitioner no.2, namely, Vishwanath Prasad Chauhan who has been duly authorised by the other legal heirs to receive the amount is presented in Court by Mr. Jaishankar Barnwal, learned Government Advocate No.5 in full compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court. The cheque is being handed over to Mr.

Patna High Court MJC No.5231 of 2011 (7) dt.05-08-2015 Manojeshwar Prasad Sinha, learned counsel representing the substituted heirs of deceased petitioner no.2 who accepts the cheque for being handed over to Smt. Chinta Devi with receipt. That the order of the Writ Court stands complied, this contempt application stands disposed of.
