Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2016 in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2016 registered under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against this petitioner as per the F.I.R., is that on 12.07.2016, this petitioner has kidnapped the daughter of informant namely, Preety Kumari, who is aged about 16 years. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is love affair between the petitioner and victim girl and the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not stated about sexual abuse against this petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the last four months.

Learned A.P.P. on the other hand opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50565 of 2016 (4) dt.13-02-2017 bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
