16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner has offered to deposit the due amount subject to finality of the issue as well as, the aforesaid deposit should not be taken as an admission at the end of the petitioner. Putting safeguard upon the interest of the petitioner to that extent, the learned lower court is directed to indulge in an exercise after noticing both the parties in order to trace out the actual amount having been digested by the petitioner and in case of deposit of all the amount, the learned lower court will itself release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction otherwise will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
