For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajan, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Raj Nandan Prasad, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Earlier writ petition was filed separately by Bal Verg Didi as well as their organization ASRG for their absorption in some ongoing schemes/projects in some regular establishments who put in more than 10 years in earlier service. Considering their case, the writ petition was disposed of with direction to the Education Department to consider their case for absorption in ongoing project or scheme. The petitioner submits that similar grievance of other persons including one Om Prakash Singh have been forwarded to the Education department by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
Show cause has been filed on behalf of the Government annexing a copy of order dated 25.5.2015 rejecting claim of the petitioner for absorption.
In my view, opposite parties have substantially
Patna High Court MJC No.4520 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 complied with the order of this Court. As such, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.5.2015, if so advised, before appropriate forum.
