2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 30.03.2024.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is preparing for competitive exams and has falsely been implicated in this case due to the admitted land dispute.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.
