2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tedhagachh P.S. Case No. 112 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 341(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS and under Sections 66© and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who was running a grocery shop, is alleged to have been making forged documents including Aadhar Cards and other identity related documents.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 3.4.2026.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
