Anisur Rahman, learned counsel for the private respondent i.e. respondent no. 9.

The present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 , which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. The court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3045 of 2011 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
