2. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the learned court below.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of torturing the informant's daughter in association of his family members on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and resulting thereof, the informant's daughter died by family members

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners and the petitioners are the family members of the in-laws of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the deceased has already been in judicial custody, as mentioned in para 16 of the bail application. He further submits that petitioner have got no criminal antecedent, as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
