The claim of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition is regarding non-payment of his contractual dues of the year 1965-66.

The whole claim is barred by limitation. No writ can be issued by this Court for payment of contractual dues after such a long delay of about 50 years.

The writ petition is completely misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
